Specifically, varying enrichment conditions, DNA extraction methods, and a research use only (RUO) PCR testing kit were cross compared for relative efficacy to screen uninoculated and inoculated cannabis flower matrices for Aspergillus niger, Aspergillus terreus, Aspergillus fumigatus, and Aspergillus flavus.
